Dana Seaman - owner of Riggtown Oven - recently shared one of her recipes with the Daily Local. "So Easy Cheese Dip" got this name because when asked "How do you make this dip?" the answer is "It's so easy!
So Easy Vegetable Cheese Dip
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese - shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese - shredded
- ½ tomato - chopped
- ½ red pepper - diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper - seeded & finely diced
- 2 green onions - sliced
Mix mayo, sour cream, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese together. Add veggies and stir.
Refrigerate in a covered container until ready to use. Microwave for 2 minutes and stir.
Serve with pita chips.
